We recommend shampooing every 2 weeks (not every week) with our herbal line as it is potent, antimicrobial, anti-fungal removes quite a bit while also moisturizing you hair. After deep conditioning, you should be set to go for some time.

We suggest using our water mister and Hair Growth Moisture Retention Oil for your actual hair throughout the week for retaining your moisture and only use your Heal My Scalp Hair Growth Oil Dropper 1 time per week BUT not right after shampooing and conditioning. Give the moisture in the shampoo and conditioner some time to do its job then as you start to see you moisture cycle is coming to an end (usually after 3-5 days) then apply Oil. Make single drops along your scalp and rub throughout the scalp. Don't feel the need to cover your entire scalp from the bottle. Less is best.
